正向教育起步篇
正向教育教師澳洲交流團
為了促進全校正向教育的推行,我校29名教師組成了一個代表團,於為期8天的行程中,與澳洲的7間學校進行交流,當中包括在澳洲國內和國際上於實施和促進正向教育方面享有盛譽的Geelong Grammar School及以下6間亦正在實踐正向教育,並高度重視學生和教師幸福感的學校:
- All Hallows’ School;
- Mullum Primary School;
- Parkmore Primary School.
- Ringwood North Primary School;
- Stretton State College &
- Tinternvale Primary School。
我們交流了各自在正向教育實踐上的心得與經驗,當中在課程設計、校園文化建立及推動家校合作方面更是獲益匪淺。同時,我校與澳洲各學校已建立了牢固的網絡,並將繼續保持聯繫及交流。
在完成澳洲的旅程返港後,教師團隊就是次交流所得經驗進行了一連串的分享、討論及反思,並就1)積極氛圍、2)教與學、3)師生關係和4)家長教師合作四大方面制定不同的行動計劃,旨在整體及全面優化我校正向教育的實施。正向教育為我校重點發展方向之一,我們十分期待實施正向教育為學生及全校教職員的精神健康帶來正面影響,讓學生愉快學習、健康成長。

Rise to Challenge “Grow Your Mind Day” – Pat Heung Central Primary School
Positive Education Teachers’ Delegation Visited Australia
In order to facilitate a whole-school approach to promote Positive Education at PHCPS, 29 members of our aspired teaching team formed a delegation to visit 7 schools in Australia that are known for their practice of Positive Education, including Geelong Grammar School, which is prestigious in implementing and prompting Positive Education in Australia and internationally. The other 6 schools which are practicing Positive Education and hold the well-being of students and teachers in high regard include:
- All Hallows’ School;
- Mullum Primary School;
- Parkmore Primary School.
- Ringwood North Primary School;
- Stretton State College &
- Tinternvale Primary School。
We have exchanged our insights and experience in implementing Positive Education by refining the curriculum, pedagogies and mentalities. A solid international network with the Australian schools have also been established and will be continuously sustained.
After the fruitful trip, the teaching team also swiftly and prudently formulated action plans that target at refining the implementation of Positive Education in the areas of 1) Positive Atmosphere, 2) Teaching and Learning, 3) Teacher-student relationship and 4) Parent-teacher cooperation. Our sharing and discussion session was a success in finalizing our future directions in promoting Positive Education by exercising a whole-school approach. We look forward to the positive influence on the mental health amongst all the parties in our school with a view to provide a loving environment for students to flourish and grow.
